American Council on Exercise CPT
Advanced personal training certification covering exercise science, program design, and client assessment.
CrossFit Level 1 & 2
Functional movement and high-intensity training methodology. Required for all HIIT and CrossFit-style class instruction.
PN Level 1 & 2
Evidence-based nutrition coaching. Covers body composition, habits, and performance nutrition for all goals.
International Powerlifting Federation Coach Level 2
Competition-level powerlifting coaching certification for athlete development and meet preparation.
RYT-200 / RYT-500
Registered yoga teacher qualification covering anatomy, alignment, sequencing, and advanced practice methodology.
